Supporting overwhelmed women and mums of teenagers to find their way back to themselves — through nervous system support, clinical nutrition and deeply personalised coaching.

Drawing on 25+ years in high-responsibility professional roles, lived experience navigating family mental health challenges, and formal training in clinical nutrition and women's hormone health — I help you understand what's actually driving your exhaustion, stabilise your energy and rebuild the capacity to feel calm, present and in control again.

This isn't about removing the pressure. The pressure isn't going anywhere.

It's about learning to work with your biology — not against it — so you can show up for the people who need you without losing yourself in the process.

For the woman who holds everything together and is exhausted from doing it alone.

I help high-achieving woman create sustainable habits and systems to support success in career, parenting and wellbeing.

Through lived experience of supporting my teenager through depression, training in nutritionxand women’s hormone health and 25 + years as a professional, I help you manage energy, recalibrate capacity and lead yourself with clarity.

This isn’t about eliminating pressure.  That is not realistic.  It’s about supporting you to lead yourself through the pressure.

The pressure didn’t stop. Your capacity did. Let’s rebuild it - properly.

You May Recognise Yourself:

  • You're the one who holds everything together — and the one nobody thinks to check in on

  • You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't seem to touch anymore

  • You snap over small things and then lie awake replaying it, adding it quietly to the list of evidence that you're not coping as well as you should be

  • You've been saying "fine thanks" for so long you can't remember the last time you told someone how you're actually doing

  • You've read the books, you know the tools, you understand what you should be doing — and still something isn't shifting

  • You can feel yourself disappearing into everyone else's needs — and you don't quite know how to find your way back

When your capacity shifts, but expectations don’t.

You're living through one of the most demanding seasons a woman can face — and almost nobody names it as that.

You're parenting teenagers who need your emotional presence at the exact moment your own reserves are running low. You're navigating a career at its highest pressure point. You're managing a household, relationships, possibly ageing parents, your own health — and somewhere underneath all of it, your biology is shifting in ways that affect everything: your sleep, your mood, your stress tolerance, your sense of self.

The expectations placed on you haven't changed. But your capacity to absorb them quietly has.

And because this season was supposed to be easier — because you've always been capable, always managed, always found a way — the cost goes unseen. Even by you.

This isn't a motivation problem. It isn't a resilience problem.

It's a demanding life stage that requires a completely different kind of support. One that understands the full weight of what you're carrying — not just the visible parts.

You do not need motivation or to push harder.

You need structure, clarity and to trust yourself again.

My approach

When you're carrying this much, willpower isn't the answer. Neither is pushing harder or finding more motivation.

What you actually need is someone who understands what's happening in your body, your nervous system and your life — and who can help you build a way through it that doesn't require you to be a different person.

I work at the intersection of clinical nutrition, nervous system support and deeply personalised coaching. Not generic plans. Not advice you've already read. A framework built entirely around you — your biology, your season, your life.

THE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE MY WORK:

About Rachel

I know what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly falling apart inside.

I'm Rachel Agnew — Clinical Nutritionist, Coach and Speaker. I work with exhausted women and mums of teenagers who have lost themselves under the weight of everything they carry — and who are ready to find their way back.

For over 25 years I worked in senior advisory and analytical roles in the agribusiness sector — complex, high-responsibility environments where clarity, sound judgement and performance under pressure were non-negotiable. At the same time I was raising three children, managing a household and being the emotional anchor for everyone around me.

I know this season from the inside. Not from a textbook.

The catalyst for this work was my daughter. During her teenage years she went through a period of severe depression — withdrawing from school, from life, from everything that had defined her. I spent months watching her disappear, trying to fix it, trying to find answers, trying to keep everything else functioning around us.

YOU'VE BEEN LAST ON YOUR OWN LIST FOR LONG ENOUGH.

It means part of you already knows it's time.

The next step is simply a conversation. A free 20-minute connection call where you can share what's going on, ask anything you need to, and get a feel for whether working together is the right fit for you.

No pressure. No obligation. No performance required.

Just you, as you are, talking to someone who genuinely gets it.

I'd love to meet you there.
